Mango Margarita Baked Brie


A boozy, gooey brie infused with all the delicious flavours of a mango margarita! Sweet mango, zesty lime, and a splash of tequila, scoop it up with lightly toasted baguette.


Ingredients:

  • 200g wheel of brie
  • 2 tbsp mango jam (or to taste)
  • 1 tbsp tequila
  • ½ tbsp triple sec
  • Fresh mango slices
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • Maldon sea salt (or other flaky sea salt)
  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • Olive oil (for drizzling)

Directions:

1. Prepare The Brie:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Score the top of the brie in a crisscross pattern and place it in a brie baker or small ovenproof dish.

2. Top & Bake:

  • Spoon mango jam over the brie, then drizzle with tequila and triple sec.
  • Top with a few fresh mango slices.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the brie is soft and gooey.

3. Prepare the Baguette:

  • Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and toast in the oven until lightly golden.

4. Serve:

  • Remove brie from the oven.
  • Zest lime over the top and sprinkle with Maldon sea salt.
  • Serve warm with toasted baguette slices.
