Aperol Margarita

A vibrant twist on a classic margarita with the added touch of aperol, making this cocktail bittersweet & fruity!

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Aperol

• 1 oz tequila

• ½ oz triple sec

• Juice of ½ lime

• ½ oz simple syrup

• Ice

• Prosecco

Directions:

1. In a cocktail shaker, add Aperol, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice.

2. Shake well for about 15 seconds to mix.

3. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.

4. Top with prosecco.
